If you are interested in receiving behavior services, reach out to us via the contact form below.
Once we’ve collaboratively determined Array is able to support you and your family, and funding has been secured for services, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with you to begin the intake and assessment process.
Our intake and assessment process serves to capture the needs of the individual, as well as their strengths, preferences, and the people and environments that currently support them.
Following the Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), the BCBA will provide recommendations and treatment directions for ongoing behavior services.
Funding for Behavior Services: We currently accept the following: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Optum/United Health Care, TriCare, EPSDT/Medicaid, Med Waiver (COMP and SLS Waivers), Wyoming Waiver/Medicaid, Private Pay
