  • If you are interested in receiving behavior services, reach out to us.

  • Once we’ve collaboratively determined Array is able to support you and your family, and funding has been secured for services, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with you to begin the intake and assessment process. 

  • Our intake and assessment process serves to capture the needs of the individual, as well as their strengths, preferences, and the people and environments that currently support them.  

  • Following the Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), the BCBA will provide recommendations and treatment directions for ongoing behavior services.  

  • Funding for Behavior Services: We currently accept the following: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Optum/United Health Care, TriCare, EPSDT/Medicaid, Med Waiver (COMP and SLS Waivers), Wyoming Waiver/Medicaid, Private Pay
